Set in a serene woodland location, we shared:

  • Daily yoga, meditation, and breathwork to support digestion and nervous system regulation

  • Interactive gut health workshops bridging evidence-based nutrition with practical tools

  • Ice baths, woodland saunas, and a heart-opening cacao ceremony

  • Delicious plant-based food—free from gluten, dairy, onion, and garlic

  • And a warm, intimate community of like-minded souls (many of whom arrived solo and left with new lifelong friends)
